Treatments

Instant and lasting
pain relief.

A Coherent Energy treatment is a hands-off, noninvasive session designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and support recovery. Each session begins with a baseline pain score and mobility check, then moves through short rounds of focused Qigong energy treatment, with re-testing throughout so progress is visible in real time.

The Experience

Off the body.
In the field.

We work primarily off-body — hands held 4 to 8 inches above the skin — interacting with the biofield around you and through specific energetic meridians. You stay fully clothed and relaxed throughout the session.

The benefits are immediate and lasting reductions in pain, increased mobility, reduced inflammation, and faster recovery. The work helps the body do what it's already designed to do — move well, heal deeply, and perform with less pain and more freedom.

No needles, injections, or punctures
No cracking or forceful adjustments
No medication or supplements
Immediate, lasting relief — felt from the first session
Measured outcomes — every session documented
What To Expect

Treat. Test.
Repeat.

A session cycles through short rounds of focused work, each followed by a re-measure of pain and range of motion. The loop runs until the readings show real improvement.

Phase 01

Assessment & Plan

We start by establishing a clear baseline: pain score on a 0–10 scale, range of motion, and the story of the injury or condition. From there, I formulate a treatment plan and walk you through it before we begin.

~10 min · pain score · ROM · plan review
Phase 02

Energy Healing Treatment

Several rounds of focused work — typically 5–10 minute blocks of a particular Qigong technique — continue until pain is significantly reduced or no longer present. Hands work both off-body in the biofield and along specific energetic meridians.

15–30 min · rounds of 5–10 min · multiple techniques
Phase 03

Testing & Re-Testing

Pain level and range of motion are re-tested between rounds — so we can see, in real time, what's working. The final reading is documented in a case record alongside the baseline. No story without evidence.

Multi-Session Care

From injury
to peak.

Many issues resolve in a single session. Others — post-surgery recovery, broken bones, deeply chronic pain — likely require a series.

The work compounds. Each session builds on the last as the body integrates the energy from the round before. We stay with you, session by session, until the pain is fully gone and you're back at peak performance.

Treatment plan → Pain-free · peak performance
Session 01
Baseline measured. First drop in pain.
Session 02
Additional approaches applied. Pain reduces further.
Session 03
Recovery evaluation. Continued care plan.
Session N
Continued care. As many as it takes until resolved.
Peak
Pain fully resolved. Back at full performance.

Frequently Asked

Honest
answers.

A few of the questions that come up most often. If yours isn't here, the consultation call is the right place to ask.

What is Qigong Energy Healing?

It's a lineage-based healing methodology that uses focused intention and trained awareness to deliver healing energy — Qi — to areas of pain or dysfunction. The practitioner works with the body's biofield and through specific energetic meridians to correct energy flow or remove blockages, reducing pain and enabling the body's natural repair mechanisms to more optimally function.

Coherent Energy treatments draw from Vitalium, a direct branch of Shaolin Nei Jin Yi Zhi Chan, a Chan Buddhist lineage tracing back through Fujian Shaolin.

What does it feel like during treatment?

Common sensations include warmth, tingling, gentle pressure, pulsing, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Some clients feel very little — and that's fine. Sensation is not necessary for effectiveness. The work happens whether or not the conscious mind tracks it.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients experience major shifts after a single session. Whether additional sessions help depends on initial pain level, how long the issue has been present, and how the body responds. We discuss this honestly in the free consultation — no pressure, no upselling.

What do I need to do during a session?

Wear comfortable clothing and remain relaxed. That's the entire requirement.

Your participation or belief in the effectiveness of treatment will not affect the outcome. The work isn't placebo-driven; documented sessions include skeptics whose pain dropped just as much as believers'.

Is it safe? Are there side effects?

Energy Healing is noninvasive, drug-free, and contact-light. Across 150+ documented sessions, zero negative side effects have been reported. Occasional mild fatigue or emotional release in the hours after treatment is normal as the body integrates.

Can sessions be done remotely?

Yes, for most situations. In-person treatment is the default and tends to be more powerful, but remote sessions have produced documented results when distance, travel, or scheduling make in-person impractical.

How much does a treatment cost?

Pricing varies based on session type, the severity of the condition, and the number of sessions needed. We typically approach an injury or condition with a package of 2–3 treatments over 1 to 2 weeks. We discuss specifics in the free consultation so you have a clear sense of cost and value before committing to anything.

Does this replace medical care?

No. Energy Healing is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. It is best used as a complementary modality alongside appropriate medical care, physical therapy, training, and recovery practices. If you have an acute or serious medical condition, please continue working with your medical team.
